Are your products made in a peanut free facility?
Our tortilla chips, kettle chips, cheese snacks, croutons, popcorn, pasta sauces, salad dressings and salsas are all made in a peanut free facility. However, our pretzels are not.
Are your products GMO free?
We are currently working on GMO free certification for some of our natural lines but not all of our products are completely GMO free. We offer our organic line as a GMO free option.
What is the best way to find your products?
We have a store locator on our website to help find us in stores. In order to make sure your store has the specific product you are looking for we suggest calling ahead.
Are your products available in larger chain stores?
Yes. You can find Neal Brothers products in larger chains like Loblaws, Longos and Metro. For more information, please visit our store locator on our website.
How come I can’t find your ___ anywhere?
Not all stores will carry all of our products. If you are having difficulty finding a specific product please contact us at email@example.com and we can look for stores near you that carry the product you are looking for. Alternatively you can request that your local store manager orders the product you are interested in.
Where do you make your products?
We produce our sauces in Canada and our snacks in the United States.
Are your products available in the United States?
We currently sell four flavours (Pink Salt, Montreal Steak Spice, Maple Bacon, and Srirachup) of our Kettle Chips in Whole Foods USA. Check your closest Whole Foods Market today!
Do you offer coupons?
We do offer coupons from time to time. Keep an eye out for contests and promotions on our social media pages.
Are the Neal Brothers really brothers?
Yes! Peter and Chris Neal are real brothers that started Neal Brothers Foods in 1988 out of their parents’ kitchen in Aurora, Ontario.
