Neal Brothers Inc was founded by brothers, Chris & Peter in 1988. The brothers started a crouton company in their mother’s kitchen, which has since grown to have various line additions in its’ namesake portfolio as well as a newly acquired gluten free product line (Enerjive). In addition to its’ namesake line, Neal Brothers Foods is also one of the leading boutique distributors in Eastern Canada.


We are looking for a full time Brand Coordinator, preferably with experience in the food industry, to join our Neal Brothers family. 0-10% travel may be required.  Weekends may be required at times for industry shows (lieu days offered for time).

As brand coordinator, you will act as support to the brand management team (brand manager and business analyst) in daily tasks and projects, such as, but not limited to:

Producing monthly manufacturer charge-back reports

Maintaining promotional activity in SAP

Intermediary between sales team and brands

Working in conjunction with marketing to develop promotional marketing material

Additional administrative duties


College Diploma or Bachelor in Business

Work Experience (Min: 6 months) in Administrative Role in Office Setting

Organized individual with exceptional time management skills

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

SAP Experience an asset


We are looking for an energetic addition to our warehouse team and our rapidly growing company.

Re-packaging product
Pick and Pack Customer orders promptly and accurately using clearly detailed pick sheets
Check accuracy of picked orders
Cycle counting inventory
Report on inventory accuracy and integrity
Re-stocking shelves
General Warehouse maintenance

Complete all paperwork as required
Ensure highest level of security for buildings, equipment and product
Ensure safety measures are implemented and adhered to at all times
Adhere to the policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
Perform other duties as required
Exemplify the Neal Brothers core values
Arrive on time for shifts and meetings, take lunch as scheduled, being respectful of all Neal Brothers employees

Warehouse experience preferred – 1 year ideal
Must be able to comfortably and regularly lift over 50 lbs
